CurveIQ uses map data provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and routing services. We do not own or control this data and cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Road information may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Always use your own judgment and consult official sources for road conditions.
To access certain features you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
CurveIQ offers a Pro subscription with additional features. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurveIQ LLC and its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
